slip n' slidin'i wasn't so quick to run and dive onto my belly on this thing... so the next thought was to use my float like a sled. first trip didn't go so well as i ended up flipping off backwards... but once i held on tight while on my belly we were in business!
you can't rain on my parade (or train ride)we met up with my friend billy today for a train ride! it rained. it poured, but that didn't bother me... we had a great ride, then billy came back to my house and we got to play there. so much fun.
chiquita dressauntie allie got me this kick-@$$ dress from mexico! i am the most worldly little kid, uncle greggie has snagged me all sorts of goodies from india, and uncle chris brings cool things from a land he calls "brooklyn".
gimmee the keys daddy! gimmee the keys!love driving my car. Poppy set up cones at the end of his driveway so i wouldn't go past them. b-o-r-i-n-g... screw that, i changed that up and i used them as obstacles to drive around... in a figure-eight...
more freakin' gardeningok, so at what point do child labor laws come into play here with this gardening? i get it, all cute, i love flowers mommy loves flowers, but really, mom has me out here in the dirt every day... this is like daddy telling me i need to watch the red sox on tv... can a girl just play with her toys please?
mother's daybreakfast in bed! daddy and i got up and made mommy some breakfast to eat in bed! and when we got upstairs, i got to eat with her... and i probably ate more than her.
entertainingthis morning, my friend erin is coming over. so mommy and i are making blueberry muffins, and i am setting my little table so erin and i can have our own special breakfast. i did this all myself, i learned from mommy but she barely helped me, i did it all by myself.
gardening at nightnot really at night, daddy just came up with that title because he likes R.E.M. but mommy just likes gardening, and so do i :-)
daddy's racedaddy seems to like running. and he likes to run with people a lot. i like this race because it's on a lake and mommy likes it because instead of trophies they give daddy champagne for a prize...
look at me! look at me!so long story short, apparently mom and dad met at some track meet. apparently uncle timmy's track meet we went to on saturday was THAT meet. apparently without that track meet there wouldn't be me... so uncle timmy, thank you for your track meet :-)
Tinkerbell
Mommy went to Disney for work, and brought me back some treats from the boutique down there... my very own Tinkerbell purse, white dress-up gloves, and shoes. Oh no, not shoes they are "Tinkerbell Flip Flops"! I wore them to school and everyone thought they were sooo beautiful!!!! Don't worry, I brought my other shoes to change into because flip flops aren't safe for school.
relaxingyeah, so i have learned so much from my daddy about life, about this world, and, well, about relaxing. dude know's what's up, he's got this hammock out on the patio by the television. akid could really get into this, a little apple juice, some peanut butter crackers, a pillow...
my own yoga mat!when gramma and grampa came this weekend they brought gifts! (surprise...) and gramma got me a new yoga mat! of my very own! then we sat down and did some yoga together, i am getting really good, no more of just doing "happy baby pose" i am learning so many more moves now...
the zoo!gramma and grampa came to visit this weekend, and uncle chris too! so we all went to the zoo on saturday, they even had a train, we took a ride around the park in a train together, choo choo!
poor daddyalthough i rarely have much interest in television, monday night i was pretty into dora. mommy let me eat dinner in front of the tv for a special occasion! it was crazy fun! but at 7:05 daddy started getting antsy. he finally asked if we could share the tv and watch together. i gave him half...

hide and "hey, here I am!"i LOVE hide and go seek. LOVE it. here i am with betsy, we're totally hidden in my roller coaster from daddy while he and i played hide & go seek this weekend... i have so many good spots.
cup on the head for apple juiceif you want water you put your cup on your shoulder, if you want apple juice cup goes on your head. of course, when you have your party hat on, that doesn't leave much room for cup placement... i'm seriously the most patient chick on the planet. i was the absolute LAST kid to get their juice. and unlike daddy, i waited and waited and appreciated my juice whenever it arrived.
party's rulei've already gotten to go to TWO birthday parties in the last few weeks! we're not talking boring parties either, we're talking kick-butt parties at indoor playgrounds that would make your head spin. this shot is from the third floor of a ridiculous tunnel/slide playground... yes, third floor!
